Since many continue to face financial challenges as a result of COVID-19, we’re temporarily suspending late payment fees, and you may also choose to skip one monthly payment without penalty.

If you have a home loan in process, your loan expert will continue to provide a steady stream of updates. Rate locks on refinance loans will automatically be extended from 60 to 90 days. Small delays may occur, but we’ll keep you updated each and every step of the way—and ensure a safer process as we work toward closing.

As you may know, the passage of the CARES Act created the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and also expanded the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDLP) to help provide financial relief to small businesses and their employees.

All small businesses can visit the SBA website to learn more about the PPP, including a directory of all approved lenders.

Of course, any TIAA Bank business client who has experienced hardship related to COVID-19 should contact their Relationship Manager to discuss fee waivers on associated deposit accounts.
