With a specific focus on low- and moderate-income areas, we invest in:

  • Loans for multifamily housing, as well as commercial real estate
  • Low-income housing tax credits (LIHTCs)

Our qualified investment activity and charitable donations include an array of options and programs that work in tandem with our community partners. We invest in:

  • Small business investment companies (SBIC), private equity, mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and bonds
  • Economic development through job creation, entrepreneurial technical assistance, community development financial institutions (CDFIs), commercial real estate and multi-tenant properties
  • Revitalization and stabilization for FEMA-designated areas, community redevelopment, municipal consolidated plans, rehabilitation of blighted areas

  • Mortgage options and down-payment assistance through local and statewide partnerships to suit the community’s credit needs
  • Loans for the purpose of addressing affordable single- and multi-family housing, as well as commercial real estate
  • Low income housing tax credits (LIHTCs)
