1 oz. Canadian Maple Leafs

Platinum Canadian Maple Leaf coins were first rolled out by the Royal Canadian Mint in 1988, and have since become a favorite for investors looking to purchase platinum coins. In the early years, these coins were available in multiple sizes, but in 2009 the Platinum Maple Leaf was reintroduced in a one ounce size only. The obverse of the coin depicts an image of Queen Elizabeth II, and the reverse side of the coin shows a single image of a maple leaf.
