Get your loan approved
After you find a property and have a purchase contract in place, we can finalize your loan
approval. We may ask you for additional documentation, which our in-house loan processing and
underwriting teams will review. Once approved, your mortgage expert will be in touch to deliver the
good news and to schedule your closing date. Make sure to notify utility providers at your current
residence and the new one about service and address changes.
Close on your home
The final and most exciting step is the closing. This is where you’ll get the keys to your
new home and sign a variety of legal and other documents—including your new mortgage. And if
