David DePillo
President
David DePillo serves as the President of EverBank and has more than 35 years of experience in banking operations, which includes leading teams that build innovative banking solutions. Prior to joining EverBank, Mr. DePillo served as the President of Dallas-based First Foundation Bank since 2019, which has 31 offices in Florida, California, Texas, Nevada and Hawaii.
Before Mr. DePillo joined First Foundation in May of 2015 as an executive, he served as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Sterling Savings Bank. He also served as Vice Chairman and President of Fremont General Corporation of Fremont Savings and Loan and held several executive and senior management roles with Commercial Capital Bank and Bancorp., Home Savings of America and Coast Federal Bank – all after starting his financial career with KPMG.
Mr. DePillo serves on the Pacific Bankers Management Institute Board of Directors for the Pacific Coast Banking School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.
