Patrick “Pat” Rusnak is Executive Vice President, Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at EverBank. Mr. Rusnak brings more than 20 years of experience in financial institution executive leadership and management experience, including strategic planning, investor relations, regulatory reporting, crisis management, efficiency improvement, asset/liability management, M&A and enterprise risk management.
Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Rusnak served as Chief Financial Officer at Forbright Bank, PacWest Bancorp and Sterling Financial Corp.
